The "Bump & Glucose: AI GDM tracker" application is a personal diary tool and is not a medical device.

2. Limitations

• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• The App does not replace consultation with a physician, endocrinologist, or obstetrician-gynecologist.
• The App does not replace professional medical monitoring of your health condition.

3. Glucometer Reading Recognition (OCR)

The glucometer reading recognition feature uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology via the device camera. Recognition results must be verified manually — the technology may produce errors. Do not make treatment decisions based on automatically recognized data without manual verification.

4. Recommendations

• Always consult your healthcare provider before making any decisions related to treatment, insulin therapy, or dietary changes.
• Use the App's data as a supplementary tool for discussion with your doctor, not as a basis for self-treatment.
• Visit your doctor regularly for professional glucose monitoring and pregnancy care.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the "Bump & Glucose: AI GDM tracker" application, including design, code, text, and graphics, belong to the developer. Copying, modifying, or distributing the application or its parts without the written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

6. Liability

The application is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on the App's data without consulting a doctor.
• Errors in data recognition (OCR, voice input).
• Data loss due to device failure or app deletion.
• Interruptions in synchronization services (iCloud, Supabase).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. We will notify you of changes through an app update. By continuing to use the App after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
